So with the 15% DP when dying plus another 25-50% I say that's an overkill. But I would think when a caster dies he loses all enchantments anyway eh?

I think, that when people make ideas for skills, they should make 1 of each kind.

Perhaps, try doing other skills than just for the necromancers? It's like, I have a warrior, and i would do everything to make warriors better than others.

Imagine, pretty easy, 1 saccer with bip going to cast that on a foe, and he'll sac himself and there goes +50% of enemys hp.

Stop thinking just about necromancers, as imo they're good as they are.

Now, about your post, i think it needs some slight tweaks, dunno in which point, though. Even if it would be fine, i'd personally won't be after adding even more skills.

with the caster he means whoever cast the hex on the enemy, and to avoid the BiP thingy you could make this skill elite

Not quite overpowered. If you think about it, it's not very dissimilar to using Grenth's Balance when you only have 1 HP left. The differences is then you die here, gain your DP, but the person you hexed gets damage from your death and is stripped of all their enchantment. Really, it's Death Nova, except you can loose as little as 1 point (assuming you have 2 hp at the time) or as much as 250 (if you have 500 HP). Possibly more with some rune configurations. Besides, Soul Reaping could use some love. The two elites they have now just aren't enough.
